Intention

​​It is very limiting if our spiritual life only happens during meditation sittings, healing sessions or weekend retreats.

The intention of the course is to shift your perceptions and daily engagement with life to bridge the gap between spiritual life and 'normal' life.

​​I will guide you towards a relaxed and enthusiastic engagement with life; where you can trust yourself, follow your intuition and start noticing the beauty and magic of everyday Life. 

Is it for you? 

Beginners who are just beginning to explore spirituality - you will get very nice foundations. 

Advanced practitioners who want to refresh and deepen their practice.

Discussions

'I know I am not anger so why am I still angry?' Because mind’s understanding is very superficial. We will go beyond conceptual understandings of common spiritual catch phrases such as: you are not your mind, don’t identify with your emotions, follow your intuition, love yourself, and many more. There is truth in all of them but what do they actually, really mean? - we will dig deeper, into experiential, embodied understanding. 

Guided Meditations

Connected to a weekly theme, taking you beyond mind and emotions into the deep state of inner peace and simple beingness. You will learn how to enjoy your meditation even with busy mind and intense emotions and how to actually use them to your benefit in meditation.

Self-inquiry

The art of understanding yourself beyond concepts. Finding that space within yourself where questions cease to exist and loose their grip. You just know. Or maybe you don't even need to know anymore? :) 

 

Homework

Each week you will be given contemplation/journaling questions, points of focus for your daily life, daily meditation practice. This will help you bring what we discuss together into your daily life, so that you can start making small but profound shifts already from day one of the course.
