Intention

Whatever has been suppressed in childhood controls our present life from the subconscious level - we fear making decisions, we don’t trust ourselves and life, we get easily triggered and blame others for what happens to us, we don't have passion and joy in life. We are disconnected from who we really are. 

Welcoming your Inner Child home, in your heart, means healing those lost and wounded parts of yourself. 


In this process we stop dwelling in the past and blaming others for what happened to us and instead bring love, care, kindness to those suppressed, scared parts of our being; learning the true meaning of self-love, self-care and self-compassion.

The method

It has been refined over many years of working with clients and through my own inner work using:

  • Traditional tantric ways of working with the energies

Structure of the workshop - learning by doing 

Step 1. Theoretical part and explanation of different techniques used​

Learn how to identify in yourself origins of trauma. You will receive practical guidelines for how to work with yourself with any limitation occurring in your life. You will receive a detailed, step-by-step approach to entering childhood memories and what to do to find healing there and to find space of deep love and compassion for yourself.

Step 2.  Demo - two participants will receive sessions

Learn by observing sessions, see how I apply the theory into practice, ask questions and clarify any doubts

Step 3.  Practice - practice with each other, give and receive feedback

It's easier to learn the technique by giving a session than practicing on yourself. What happens to most people is that we have much more patience and compassion for others. We tend to be more strict and demanding from ourselves. By giving a session, apart from practicing the technique, you will experience the loving and compassionate state for the other so that later, when you work on yourself, it will be easier to enter it.

Step 4.  Self session - give yourself a self-sessions 

​Here you willl be a therapist for yourself. And that's the main aim of this workshop - to give you a practical tool which you can use to help yourself whenever you need. You will learn how to give yourself the love, compassion, care and kindness that may have been missing in some situations of your childhood. In this way you will also learn how to be gentle and kind with yourself on a daily basis. â€‹â€‹â€‹
